Americans without jobs or with disabilities need an easy way to access state relief funds, and EPPICard hasn't always made the process easy. With the ATM-styled EPPICard, welfare recipients can withdraw accessible state benefit funds on demand. But as numerous media sources have reported, there are significant difficulties with the program. Case in point: one Fayetteville Observer reader using EPPICard found that hidden fees were waiting within the wings.
Law Enforcement Explorer posts help youth to gain insight into a variety of programs that offer hands-on law enforcement career activities. For young men and women who are interested in careers in the field of law enforcement, Exploring offers experiential learning with lots of fun-filled, hands-on activities that promote the growth and development of adolescent youth.
Members are given classroom instruction every Monday and that following Tuesday, Explorers are given realistic scenarios that will allow them to use the lessons they learned the previous day.
Explorers can earn the privilege to ride along with a Baytown Police Officer during their shift to see what police work is really like. This helps them to discover if being a Police Officer, or working in the Law Enforcement career field is what they want to do.
